02What we collect
When you email us, call us or use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if given) and your message. Our website host also records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server and security logs.
03Why we use it
We use it to respond to your inquiry, arrange meetings you request, keep a record of our correspondence, and keep the website secure. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), our lawful bases are taking steps you request before a possible engagement (Sec. 12(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping this site secure (Sec. 12(f)). We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately agree.
05How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for up to two (2) years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires longer. Then we securely delete them.
06How we protect it
Access is limited to authorised staff, accounts use 2-step verification, and data is encrypted in transit.
07Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to damages. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, email our Data Protection Officer. We reply within fifteen (15) working days.
